Yesterday afternoon I met with April and Jose from Indra Salon, as well as their aesthetician Nicole. April and Jose determined how they would cut my hair for the reveal party. Nicole determined the best type of facial for me and we'll be starting a regime every few weeks. They gave me a bag full of Aveda hair and skin products---Billy just laughed at how excited I got pulling all of them out of the bag and trying them out when I got home!
Lisa worked out an intensive workout schedule for Cherish and I to follow for the next few weeks---I'm looking forward to changing up the training sessions. We'll also be starting some high intensity cardio intervals.

Hi Cheryl Erik here once again.
I am so happy that everything is starting to fall into place with Team Extreme, but as you are getting all your stuff remember the first few weeks at ft andover you both earned them keep up the hard work think positive.
Never waiver,never falter Team Extreme is DIEHARD AS THEY COME! see you at the gym cant wait to hear of your progress and smoking of the goals lisa sets forth for both of you and i find that your motivation is wearing off on me!!
