Sam is my new Tuesday trainer. He is helping out the Andover site, but works primarily out of Beverly. To all my friends from Beverly and Hamilton---you should pay him a visit and try it out. He really kicks your butt (but he's nice about it!!!)
We did all lower extremity work together---creative lunges, Bosu work, and my personal favorite, "mountain climbers". I feel those every time I walk up a step!!!
