Assessment Week!
This week Cherish and I will have our first assessment since the inital one. We'll be able to see how body fat, ensurance, weight, flexibility, strength,e tc. have increased. I'm excited----hopefully it will be very positive and motivating!

Awwww----thanks Lisa! I thought you were my trainer Lisa until I read to the end. I miss you and wish you were here watching me sweat! I remember the photos you had on your fridge in St Pete of you at your "workout prime"---maybe I'll be proud enough to do the same after this is over :)

ahh yes assement week is awesome i love that week its shows 2 things where you are execelling and where you need to step it up or ramp it up as brian says and this is comeing from a guy who is not goning to have a good assement week in to 2 weeks but your motivation and dedication at ft will give you a good assement and look at this way as i do there is always room for improvement in all aspects of ft
weather it be more weight loss or more plates on a bench press its all about postive and realistic goals talk to you again after your results a fellow client erik
