Lisa has changed up our nutrition and exercise plan for the upcoming week! Exercise will entail full body high weight/low rep exercise and interval cardio workouts. Nutrition-wise, we will cycle our fuels (carbs. and fats) differently, which I'm looking forward to (although there's sadly still no ice cream or donuts in the plan!)
Dr. Nahata's staff planned to Zoom my teeth, but they've gotten so much whiter that we all decided it's probably not needed. I'll visit with them again Thursday.
On Tuesday I'll get my first in a series of facials at Indra, which I am very much looking forward to!

Hi Cheryl Erik here ohh yeah the high weight low reps that is my favorite part of the program its totally awesome you are goning to see your strength improve 100% by leaps and bounds loading up the bard with lots of plates and doing as many as you can what a feeling of empowerment espically your squats they will increase dramatically as long as you keep up your motivation and dedidcation you will see your hard work pay off oh and see the trainers about my 5 miler i ran this past sunday!!its your spot and im not gonna toot my own horn here see you at ft andover soon way to go team extreme you both are as diehard as they come!!
